CNC Recruitment South West Ltd is seeking a Special Surface Treatments Operator to join an aerospace and defence manufacturing team in Yeovil. You will receive full training across surface treatment processes and become a multi-skilled operator focused on high-quality output, safety, and compliance.
The role is full-time, permanent (38 hours/week), on-site with probationary pay (£14.50/hr) rising to £14.95/hr on successful completion and a 22.5% shift premium once fully trained.
