Locum Advanced Nurse Practitioner – GP surgery Work – Yeovil

Dream Medical urgently require an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to work within a new and modern GP surgery in Yeovil.

The client is looking for a reliable, experienced and friendly Advanced Nurse Practitioner to work Monday – Friday 09:00 – 18:30 for an ongoing period to start in December.

We do have accommodation available for the right candidate that is willing to commit long term.

Requirements

• Be extremely adaptable, competent and motivated in caring for patients
• Have a minimum of 2 years' experience within the field
• Suitable qualifications and have a live NMC membership as an NP
• You must be able to prescribe V300
• Assessing, diagnosing and treating patients presenting with minor illness and long term conditions
