Yeovil PCN is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a friendly, supportive primary care team in Yeovil. The role offers flexible hours (20–30 per week) and the chance to deliver a wide range of nursing services in a primary care setting.
You will conduct health checks, immunisations, ECGs and chronic disease workups, while working autonomously under GP guidance and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to safeguard patients and promote health.
