£40,000 - £45,000 + Further Technical Training + Progression Overtime + 10% Bonus + Private Healthcare + Financial Planning Support + Increased Company Pension + 33 Days Holiday. Office based role, commutable from Yeovil, Castle Cary, Sherborne, Martock, Somerton, Wincanton, and the surrounding areas.

The company are a food producer and supplier, manufacturing and distributing a range of branded and own-label products to customers across the UK and internationally from their Somerset-based site.

• Lead the site Quality function, driving food safety, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage and develop the QA team and ensure products consistently meet legal, customer and internal standards.
• Drive Quality Management Systems across the site and support audits, customer requirements and regulatory standards.
• Oversee factory floor QA, traceability, complaints and product standards.

• Quality background within the food industry.
