Quality Engineer (Process Improvement) £30,000 - £35,000 Training Progression Company Benefits 33 Days Holiday Telford Are you a Quality Technician, Quality Engineer, Quality Inspector, or similar, looking to join an established manufacturer where you will support process improvement, quality standards, and continuous improvement across a busy manufacturing environment? Do you want to work for a specialist manufacturing business where you will play a key role in improving quality, cost, and delivery, while supporting audits, calibrations, reject analysis, and lean manufacturing processes?
On offer is the opportunity to join an established specialist manufacturer producing technical components for demanding industries. You will work within a quality-focused environment, supporting process improvement, controlled documentation, quality systems, and continuous improvement across the manufacturing site. In this varied role, you will support quality, cost, and delivery improvements across production, carry out random quality checks, maintain controlled documentation, support internal audits, and assist with customer returns and internal reject investigations.
You will also control calibrations, prepare daily reject analysis, liaise with technical teams on process issues, and support lean, 5S, and continuous improvement activities. This role would suit a Quality Technician or similar with experience in manufacturing, engineering, inspection, or quality who is looking for a Monday to Friday role focused on process improvement, quality systems, and long-term development.
The Role:
* Supporting process improvement, quality systems, QCD, 5S, and continuous improvement activities
* Carrying out quality checks, reject analysis, calibrations, internal audits, and documentation control
* Working closely with quality, production, technical, and supervisory teams
The Person :
* Quality Technician, Quality Inspector, Quality Engineer, or similar
* Experience with in manufacturing, engineering, inspection, quality, or process improvement
* Commutable to Telford Reference: BBBH
