Key Responsibilities:

In this Sous Chef near Yeovil position, you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality, nutritious meals in a structured catering environment.

Catering for up to 70 students and staff daily
Supporting breakfast, lunch and dinner service
Working a mixture of early and late shifts (typically 06:30-14:30 or 11:30-20:00)
Maintaining high food safety and quality standards
Supporting the smooth running of the kitchen team

Previous experience up to Sous Chef level
Ability to work flexible shifts within a rota
A reliable and team-focused approach
