Job Role: Cook/Chef

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay Rate: Our Cook pay rate of £13.50 per hour (£14.55 on weekends!) recognises the value of our team members.

Location: Millbrook Gardens, Castle Cary BA7 7EE

Shift Patterns: 8am - 7pm 4 days per week, including alternative weekends.

What We're Looking For:

Experience working as a Cook/Chef within a Care Setting, you must have a Level 2 QCF qualification in catering or demonstrable experience in working as a Chef or a Cook.

As a cook you will:

• Provide a high standard or varied menus, reflecting individual dietary requirements, and ensuring nutritional value is monitored.
• To manage and order food stock.
• Supporting with maintaining a clean and safe kitchen to a high standard.
• To work with the kitchen assistant in the preparation and serving of food.
