Pay & Hours

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; it increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, with flexibility down to 12 hours for those who wish.

• Sun 15:00–23:00
• Wed 15:00–23:00
• Fri 15:00–23:00

We will schedule your contracted hours within these windows and provide 3 weeks' notice for each shift. Flexibility is supported if your availability closely matches these times.

• Help to serve shoppers every day.
