Part Time Branch Assistant

This is a Part Time position.

We are looking for someone with a real can‑do attitude who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile for our customers. Working as part of a team you will be working in a dynamic, fast paced environment where no two days are the same.

This role may include duties such as working at the reception, as well as working at the tills.

We are a 5/7 day operation.

We only recruit individuals who are aged 17 and over.

Customers are at the heart of everything we do—we keep shelves full, provide speed of service through the tills and wish them a fond farewell. In addition, we accurately pick items for customers who choose delivery.

• Work at the reception.
• Work at the tills.
• Help customers find products and process payments efficiently.

• Experience in wholesale or retail environment preferred.
• Can‑do attitude.
• Passion for customer service.
• Willingness to go the extra mile.
• Always be punctual and properly presented.

We can only accept candidates over the age of 18 if the role requires working before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm or involves working in areas such as the warehouse, beers, wines & spirits, and driving roles.
