Zachary Daniels Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Manager for a market-leading retailer in Yeovil. You will support the Store Manager, lead a high-performing team on a fast-paced, high-volume shop floor, and drive sales, customer service and operational excellence with a clear path into Store Management.
You'll own a department, step up as Duty Manager when needed, manage KPIs, stock, merchandising and health & safety, while developing strong leadership and communication skills.
