Farmfoods seeks a Trainee Shop Manager in Yeovil for an 18‑month training programme leading to a permanent role. You will train alongside an experienced shop manager, then take responsibility for your own shop with support from the Area Manager, while working towards a Level 4 Retail Manager apprenticeship.
We offer 45 hours per week, 5 days from 7, a starting salary of £32,648.16 with potential to rise to £35,306.88 after 6 months, plus a staff benefits package and pension.
