Experienced Plumber Multi Trade required in the Yeovil area on an exciting disrepairs and maintenance contract with a busy contractor. To cover West region patches including Somerset, Chard and Bridgwater

• Temp to permanent opportunity
• £37,425 per annum
• Van, fuel card for work use

• All aspects of maintenance work in social housing properties
• Main focus on plumbing work
• Disrepair and maintenance work
• Dealing with customers, keeping them at ease when needed, explaining works
• Completing a variety of works in various other trades
• Driving a company van safely and responsibly
• Reporting to your supervisor

• Plumbing qualification or time served
• Good multi trade experience
• Previous experience working within social housing
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Full UK driving license
• DBS will be done for successful candidate
