Cold Store experience Goods in/Goods out Stock check & stock take Talent Guardian are delighted to be recruiting for a Cold-Store Picker Operative for our client based in Redditch, Worcestershire. Cold-Store Picker Operative experience is essential.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 12:00pm - 8:45pm Pay: £13 per hour

Contract:

12-week Temp-to-Perm

The Role As a Cold Store Picker, your responsibilities will include:
Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently Working within a very chilled warehouse environment Preparing products for dispatch Checking products and quantities against orders Maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity Following all health & safety and site procedures Keeping your working area clean and organised Working as part of the wider warehouse team to meet daily targets What We're Looking For We are looking for candidates who:
Have previous cold store or chilled warehouse experience Are comfortable working for extended periods in very cold temperatures Have previous picking/warehouse experience Are reliable, punctual and hardworking Can work effectively as part of a team Are available Monday to Friday, 12:00pm-8:45pm Are looking for a long-term opportunity This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent weekday hours and a long-term permanent opportunity.
