Job Description

Administrative duties

Receptionist functions & front-desk operations

Coordinate transport services

Provide logistics coordination

Handle students who are ill or injured, including accompany

students to hospital (when necessary only)

Attend to incoming phone calls, walk-in and email queries

Mail sorting

Simple administrative works such as filing

Assist in processing Financial Assistance Scheme for students

Other duties or financial tasks assigned by administration

manager or school leaders.

CCA-related

Help to take photographs and videos during key events

Touch up and edit photographs and videos

Assist to upload edited photographs and videos on social media

Publications and Promotions Committee

Provide support by developing marketing publications

and materials to promote the school’s branding.

Organize promotional talks/activities to primary schools.

Edit and archive photographs and videos

Responsible for addressing social media via Facebook

with regards to the school’s current or upcoming events

Risk Assessment Management (RAMS)

Consolidate RAMS reports

School events

Assist teachers during competitions

School celebrations, eg Speech Day, Arts Panache, sports

carnival etc

Provide support for post exam activities
