- Support regional business planning and implementation of key initiatives.
- Research market trends, business developments and economic conditions across ASEAN and India.
- Consolidate business information from six overseas sales offices.
- Prepare management reports, presentations and business analysis.
- Coordinate meetings and monitor progress against business plans.
- Prepare meeting materials, minutes and follow up on action items.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of key activities.
- Coordinate information sharing between regional offices, Murata Headquarters and overseas sales teams.
- Support regional business activities, corporate initiatives and events.
- Work with different stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and execution.
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Economics or a related discipline.
- No experience is welcome; candidates with relevant experience are preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, organisational and time-management skills.
- Able to present information clearly and logically.
