Quote Fulfillment Specialist
Location:
Yishun (few bus stops from Yishun MRT)
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
Salary Range: $2,500 - $3,300
Responsibilities- Handled customer inquiries, orders, and requests via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Resolved customer complaints and service issues promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Provided accurate product information, pricing quotations, and delivery updates to customers
- Coordinated order processing and workflow to ensure timely fulfillment and adherence to customer deadlines
- Maintained detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and administrative documentation
- Collaborated closely with the Sales team and internal departments to support daily operations and resolve outstanding issues
- Below 45-year-old
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in sales support / customer service would be an added advantage
