Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mon to Fri: 7:30am to 1:30pm, inclusive of 30mins lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Service Period:
The required Services shall be provided during the school terms from January to May and July to November each Contract Year.

No Services shall be required during June and December, unless otherwise instructed by the Authority.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Possess basic knowledge of Primary Science and Primary Mathematics.
• Must have at least GCE ‘O’ Levels – Minimum 3 ‘O’ Level Passes
• Must have two (2) years of relevant experience performing similar duties in a primary school environment.

The Services required are set out as follows:

• To support teachers with administrative duties, including but not limited to: a. Temperature taking of students (when required; b. Stock-taking and inventory management of teaching resources; c. Collection and management of food waste for the school's recycling programme; d. Preparation and organisation of teaching materials and learning resources; e. Updating inventory records and maintaining resource databases.
• To prepare, set up and clear away apparatus, equipment and materials for Science and Mathematics practical lessons.
• To assist teachers during lessons by preparing materials, replenishing consumables, and ensuring the smooth conduct of practical activities.
• To maintain the cleanliness, organisation and readiness of the Science laboratories, preparation room and storage areas.
• To maintain Science equipment and teaching resources, including cleaning, checking for wear and tear, arranging repairs where necessary, and reporting faulty or damaged equipment.
• To monitor and replenish consumables and laboratory supplies, and assist in sourcing quotations and purchasing Science resources as required.
• To ensure that laboratory equipment, chemicals and materials are stored, labelled and handled in accordance with school safety procedures.
• To assist in conducting regular stock checks and annual inventory verification of Science equipment and resources.
• To assist in the preparation and logistics for Science-related programmes and events.
• To comply with all school policies relating to laboratory safety.
• To perform any other administrative or operational duties assigned by the school.
