Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Fridays: 7.00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Requirements:

(a) At least O level Certification
(b) 2 years working experience in a similar job scope and disciplinary management
(c) Excellent team-player who is organized, meticulous and with the ability to multi-task
(d) Strong communication and interpersonal skills
(e) Proficient in MS Office and Email and Google Tools

Job Scopes：

Being a strong advocate of Positive Discipline;

Supporting the Student Discipline Unit in the creation and maintenance of a positive school tone during school hours by patrolling the school compound (classroom blocks, toilets, special rooms etc) and engaging identified at-risk students and the general student body;

Supporting the Student Discipline Unit in investigating serious offences and engaging parents, if need be;

Assist the Student Discipline Unit in maintaining and upkeeping of disciplinary records (print & soft copies);

Assist in Intervention Programmes (e.g. In-House Suspension, Detention Classes & Students-In-Risk counselling) run by Student Discipline Unit; AND

Making routine checks in the school premises (during school hours) and nearby areas outside the school (as and when required), such as nearby neighborhood void decks, etc to ensure that students are not engaging in unauthorized or improper activities, as deployed by the Student Discipline Unit.
