Support the Student Development Team in student engagement, pastoral care, and intervention
Provide pastoral care, mentoring, and support for identified students through regular engagement
Build positive relationships to support students' social-emotional well-being and resilience
Develop students' social-emotional competencies
Equip students with practical strategies for self-regulation, conflict resolution, and positive behaviour
Support discipline efforts, including during recess, corrective work, and detention/suspension
Support efforts to reduce latecomers and patrol corridors, classrooms, and after-school areas
Observe and document students' key needs, behaviours, and concerns; report to the Student Development Team and School Leaders
Maintain proper documentation while ensuring confidentiality
Provide weekly feedback and recommend follow-up actions to the Student Development Team
Support other duties or programmes assigned by the school
Preferably relevant qualifications/training in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, Child Development, Youth Work, or related fields
Good interpersonal and communication skills
At least 1 year of relevant experience
