JOB DESCRIPTION

Department: MLCC Manufacturing Department

Reports to: Senior Engineer

Functional Relationships with: Process Engineering, Machine Engineering, Production Control members, Quality Control Team, Industrial Engineering members, Production & etc.

Position Profile:
Based in: Yishun

Successful candidate will: Provide statistical information about MLCC customer complaint for quality improvement by identifying the testing methods and samples and provide necessary support to various departments.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

· Manage internal complaints from internal stakeholders.

• Handle external customer complaints with efficiency and professionalism.

• Analyze complaints and compile statistical data, including sample size determination and acceptable error margins.

• Monitor and review quarterly complaint data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

· Prepare comprehensive reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data, with actionable recommendations to reduce complaints.

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers.

• Managing and processing of defective material returns.

Ability / Competency Required

· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.

· At least 3 years relevant experience is preferred.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

· Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.

· Knowledge of IATF 16949 standards is highly desirable.

· A proactive and positive attitude, especially when facing challenges in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

· Proficient in statistical analysis and data interpretation.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Experienced in 8D problem‑solving methodology.

· Skilled in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
