Mechanical Design Engineer (CAD & Product Development

• Assist in translating engineering and product requirements into practical mechanical design concepts.
• Develop 3D models and detailed engineering drawings using CAD software.
• Support design analysis and simulations, including structural, thermal, and vibration assessments.
• Evaluate and select suitable materials and components based on performance, cost, and manufacturability.
• Design and support tooling, jigs, and fixtures for assembly and testing processes.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and process engineering teams to ensure effective design implementation.
• Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to quality standards, safety requirements, and environmental regulations.

• Internship, academic project experience, or practical exposure to mechanical design is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with CAD software such as Solid Works, Solid Edge, Pro-E, or AutoCAD.
• Basic understanding of mechanical design principles, engineering materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to support mechanical design development and engineering documentation.
• Exposure to design analysis or simulation tools is an added advantage.
