Operation Assistant; facilities management )|School

Services required are set out as follows:

• Liaising with Contract Cleaners on school operations
• Liaising with Term contractors and monitoring their work
• Work closely with Operations Manager

• Mosquito breeding
• Pest control
• Acts of vandalism
• Water blockage & building seepage
• Canteen’s hygiene

• Escort and provide supervision to various Term Contractor when they are in school to carry out repair works. eg Tuesday contractor (Building) / Electrical maintenance
• Simple repairs and carpentry work, eg cutting of padlock
• Resolve simple electrical issues/faults such as power trip
• Assist in school decoration

• Check on plants that need to be trimmed and inform Term Contractors / supervise grass cutting
• Fishpond Maintenance
• Maintain spice garden, ensure areas are neat and free from mosquito breeding

• General Improvement Works
• Assist in maintaining the Emergency Store
• Provide prompt feedback of term contractor’s work status
• Other duties as and when required by School leaders and Operations Manager
