Department: Production Department
Reports to: Manager / Assistant Manager / Executive
Supervise: KEM Production
Functional Relationships with: Based in Singapore, the successful candidate will lead daily production operations by ensuring the safe, efficient, and stable execution of production plans. The role is responsible for supervising production teams, optimizing manpower, machine, material, and process utilization, while driving continuous improvement in Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery.

Successful candidate will: Successful candidate will lead daily production operations by ensuring the safe, efficient, and stable execution of production plans. The role is responsible for supervising production teams, optimizing manpower, machine, material, and process utilization, while driving continuous improvement in Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery.
KeyDuties & Responsibilities
- Lead daily production operations to achieve Safety, Quality and support the production team in daily manufacturing operations and improvement activities.
- Develop and guide Foremen, Group Leaders, and Operators to build a high-performing production team.
- Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing, digitalization, and IT system initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, quality, and cost performance.
- Assist in monitoring and optimizing the 4M (Man, Machine, Material, and Method) to support manufacturing objectives.
- Support process documentation, standardization, and work instruction updates as required.
- Participate in troubleshooting and hands-on activities related to process improvement and production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance, to achieve project and operational objectives.
- Perform other ad hoc engineering and operational support tasks assigned by the superior.
- Degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and critical thinking skills with an innovative mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of VBA, Power BI, AI tools through prompting is an advantage.
- Good IT literacy with the ability to learn and adapt to new digital tools and technologies.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve in a dynamic work environment.
- Comfortable performing hands-on tasks and working with tools, equipment, and prototypes.
- Willing and enthusiastic to undertake hands-on technical and engineering activities.
