Student Management Youth Worker (Contract)
Salary: $3,000/month
Contract:
2.5 months (Immediate start)
Working Hours:
40 hours/week (Mon–Fri, excluding 1-hour lunch)
No work on Saturdays, Sundays & Gazetted Public Holidays
Requirements- Diploma in Social Work or equivalent (or higher)
- At least 1 year of student management experience in Singapore
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Student-focused with strong professionalism and confidentiality
- Conduct student intervention and guidance sessions
- Develop intervention plans and maintain student records
- Facilitate social-emotional learning programmes
- Work with teachers, school staff, and external agencies
- Provide crisis intervention and student support
- Monitor programmes and prepare reports
Start Date:
Immediate
Contract End: 2.5 months from commencement
