Trainingandmentoringofstaffmembersinthecollectionsdepartment.
Collections Manager Requirements :Bachelor’sdegreeinfinance,accounting,orarelatedfield.
3–5year’sexperienceasacollections
Supervisor.
Proficient in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
Experiencewithaccountingsoftwaresuchas Quickbooks and General Ledgerandadvancedknowledgeof MSExcel.
Theabilitytoworkaccuratelyandindependently.
Goodverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
Excellentanalyticalskillsandaneyefordetail.
Outstandingleadershipandmanagerialskills.
Strongtimeandpeoplemanagementskills.
Abilitytoworktostrictdeadlines.
Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta.
