• Chat with customers and solve their questions in marketplace with care.
• Handle basic technical issues (we provide scripts!).
• Escalate important matters when needed.
• Hit performance goals (we’ll help you get there!).

• Handle Live Chat Customer Service tasks.

• Minimum D3 or Bachelor’s degree in any field (GPA ≥ 2.75).
• Strong English skills (written & spoken) – tested in recruitment.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including night shifts.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Able to type 50+ words per minute is a plus.
• Fast learner, independent, and ready to work.
• Available to start in September 2025.
