Overview
English Customer Service listen and respond to customers' questions
. Customer service representatives work with customers to resolve complaints, process orders, and provide information about an organization's products and services.
- Answer incoming chats and respond to email
- Handle customer inquiries by chat and call
- Provide customers with information about products and services
- Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service
- Minimum D3 / S1 in any major
- Minimum GPA 2.75
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated multi-task capabilities
- Flexible for permanent night shift
- Willing to be placed in YOGYAKARTA
