Overview
English Customer Succes Specialist Night Shift
Responsibilities- Answering an Incoming Calls, Chats and Respond to Emails.
- Handle Customer Inquiries by Email and Social Media.
- Provide Customers about Product and Service Information.
- Identify and Escalate Priority Issues.
- Documenting All Call Information According to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Complete All Call Logs.
- Updating customers profile into computer.
- Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service.
- Minimum D3/S1 any Major.
- Minimum IPK 2,75
- Experience Minimum 1 year in Call Center (Inbound, Outbound and Handle Media Social) preferred.
- Fluent in English (min B1), B2 preferred.
- Willing to work in Shifting Schedule including weekend and Public Holiday (especially night shift).
- Difable people are welcome (as long as can see. communicate by spoken, and typing on computer).
