- Minimum D3 / or bachelor's degree from all majors with minimum GPA 2.75.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Will be tested during the recruitment process).
- Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated multi-task capabilities.
- Preferably to have a typing speed of at least 50 words per minutes.
- Communicative
- Willing to work in 24/7 Shift including Weekend and Public Holiday
- Willing to Place in Sleman (Yogyakarta)
- Candidates can work immediately if they pass all recruitment process
- Answering an Incoming chats and Respond to Email
- Handle Customer Inquiries by Chats
- Provide Customers about Product and Service Information
- Identify and Escalate Priority Issues
- Documenting All Information According to Standard Operating Procedures
- Complete All Chat Logs
- Updating customers profile into computer
- Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service
- Able to quickly locate user problems and provide solution
- Performance Incentive.
- Salary above UMR Jogja.
- Bonus Holiday Pay (if working in public holidays).
- BPJS and BPJSTK.
- Shifting Allowance (as the position requires shifting schedules).
