• Omnichannel Support:
  Handle customer inquiries via email, live chat, and other digital communication channels in fluent English.
• Problem Solving:
  Assist global customers with product questions, order statuses, payments, shipping, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
• Customer First:
  Deliver accurate, professional, and empathetic solutions to handle customer complaints smoothly.
• Operations & Coordination:
  Maintain clean interaction logs in our CRM system and collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.
• Excellence:
  Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) while meeting quality and performance standards.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 1 year in Customer Service.
• Education:
  
  Minimum D3 degree with a GPA of 2.75 or above.
• Language Proficiency:
  Minimum B2 in English (strong written English skills).
• Skills:
  
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility:
  Ready to work in a rotational shift schedule (including weekends and public holidays).
• Location:
  
  Willing to work On-Site (WFO) in Yogyakarta.
