Job Description

• Designing and updating training slides for NHT, PS, Refreshment, and Socialization (which will later be validated by the Jakarta team)
• Producing Sea Talk Blasts and learning videos based on operational findings Jogja Site
• Maintaining Update Information from jakarta site to Jogja site - help created engaging reels for agent
• Developing Google Forms, Scorm for evaluations and learning assessments
• Creating Quizizz, Weekly Quizzes, and gamified learning activities.
• Producing infographics and visual media to simplify SOP understanding.
• Help develop Learning Management System for Jogja Site
• Supporting documentation, reports, and continuous material improvement for New Hire Agent

• Minimum S1 in Education, Communication, Business, Psychology, Multimedia, Graphic Design or related fields.
• Minimum 1‑2 years in training, content development, or learning & development roles
• Experience in creating and managing end‑to‑end learning materials and communication content from training modules and assessments to LMS support and onboarding documentation.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging, structured training content by applying adult learning principles, operational knowledge, and interactive/gamified learning approaches
• Proficient in using digital tools to create, manage, and track learning content ranging from office suites and dashboards to SCORM modules, visual media, interactive quizzes, and LMS uploads.
• Strong communication with high attention to detail, proactive and adaptable, able to work independently or with cross‑functional teams, and driven by creativity and problem‑solving to support learning innovations.
• Willing to work full‑time on‑site at Jogja.
