Lead the team to complete the company's collection tasks and promote team performance;

According to the types and stages of overdue projects and customers, conduct effective analysis, research and formulate collection strategies and solutions;

Through an effective management model, regularly audit the work progress of team members, and be responsible for team management and training;

Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments in a timely manner, track the implementation of the collection strategy throughout the process, and ensure the collection effect is achieved.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any major or equivalent.

2 years of work experiences in related field.

Strong executive ability, proactive working attitude, strong ability to work under pressure,

Excellent communication skills, able to adjust interpersonal relations among employees

Understand and can prepare basic Excel sheet or related data preparation

Working experience in licensed collection company or licensed Fintech company prefers
