Jambuluwuk Malioboro Hotel Yogyakarta, part of the rapidly expanding Jambuluwuk Hotel Group, is hiring a Concierge (DW).
Job Location: Jl. Gajah Mada No. 67, Yogyakarta, Indonesia

Responsibilities- Provide high‑quality guest service and assistance within the hotel.
- Manage guest check‑in/check‑out processes.
- Offer local area and attraction information to guests.
- Coordinate with hotel staff to meet guest needs.
- Assist with reservations and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain the concierge desk and hospitality standards.
- Active English proficiency (spoken & written).
- Driving licenses A & B1 (preferable).
- Attractive and well‑groomed appearance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Friendly and polite attitude.
- Customer‑service oriented.
- Knowledge of local areas and attractions (a plus).
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience in similar role is a plus.
