• Partner with a local team to implement effective HR policies and practices that support the strategic growth of the business.
• Drive HR programs and talent initiatives locally.
• Participate in the continual development of HR programs, including recruiting, retention, and culture engagement.
• Analyze and interpret employee reports (e.g., employee satisfaction surveys) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions.
• Manage various HR projects and act as a key advisor to local team leads to influence positive change in the business.
• Coordinate with the local operations project team and local team leads on handling employee and office-related matters.
• Coordinate the onboarding of new joiners in Yogyakarta with the Jakarta team. Ensure new joiners are onboarded with equipment, office space, and team integration.
• Provide a monthly employee report.
• Coordinate with related parties to resolve employee relations issues.
• Ensure local team leads and employees comply with company policies, procedures, and governmental regulations.

• Bachelors’ Degree with minimum 2 years of experience in HR Generalist / Business Partner field.
• Outstanding interpersonal communications skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
• Knowledge of current and emerging trends in Employee Relations, Manpower Planning, and Industrial Relations.
• Objective critical thinking skills and the ability to summarize and present information effectively.
• Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta.
• Fluent in English.
