PwC Indonesia is seeking an IT Support Help Desk professional to deliver end-to-end technical assistance for over 3,000 staff and partners. You will be the first contact for employees seeking help, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain smooth IT operations.

In this role, you will log requests, follow IT security protocols, and collaborate with a team to resolve hardware, software, and network problems across devices, while ensuring the service desk area stays organized and secure.
