Role overview and responsibilities below describe how the regional marketing function supports local activation and brand consistency across branches.

• Drive end-to-end regional marketing planning and strategy
• Ensure execution and brand compliance across branch teams
• Translate HQ campaigns into effective localized activation strategies
• Monitor, audit, and optimize branch marketing performance
• Track and analyze marketing funnel performance
• Leads → Contacted → Appointment → Show-up → Paid
• Generate insights and recommendations based on regional market and performance data
• Coordinate closely with Branch Managers
• Report to Regional Manager and HQ Marketing team

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing and/or project management-related fields.
• Portfolio required, showcasing relevant projects, events, or marketing experience.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any major.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively.
• Proficient in data processing using spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and capable of delivering clear data visualizations (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau).
• Willing to work with high mobility and travel for business purposes when required.
