Quality Control Staff

Develop, review and update food safety and quality systems and it's compliance for GMP, SSOP, HACCP, Traceability, QA-QC SOPs, and Halal Assurance systems as part of overall product quality control efforts.

Develop, review and control cleaning and sanitation program effectiveness on site

Conduct internal audit and daily inspection to verify the GMP, HACCP and Cleaning Sanitation implementation.

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in production area are maintained

Coordinate with related department for RCA and CAPA to non conformance in system compliance

Coordinate and manage quality document control in accordance with company policies.

Implement and develop quality control systems such as sampling methods, quality inspection procedures, and protocols—from raw materials to finished products—to ensure the safety and consistency of product quality

Collaborate with relevant teams to investigate data related to customer complaints.

Ensure laboratory operations and analysis results are conducted in accordance with established standards.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Qualifications

Experience in QA/QC Dept min 3 years in FMCG - Food Industry

Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000/FSSC 22000, hygienic design supported by relevant training certificates.

A graduate from a university with a major in Chemistry, Food Technology, or Biology.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Has completed training in Six Sigma and QC 7 Tools
