Overview

About the role — As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to equip dealers and retail staff with the knowledge and skills to effectively promote and sell Infinix Mobile products. This contract role is based in Yogyakarta and will involve both in-person and virtual training sessions.

• Develop and deliver engaging training modules covering product features, sales techniques, customer service, and brand positioning
• Conduct regular training sessions for new and existing dealers and retail staff, both in-person and via virtual platforms
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure dealers and retail staff maintain a high level of product knowledge and sales expertise
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create training materials and resources that effectively communicate value proposition
• Monitor training effectiveness and gather feedback to continuously improve the training program
• Maintain detailed records of all training activities and participant progress

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a training or sales enablement role, preferably within the consumer electronics or retail industry
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences
• Excellent product knowledge and understanding of sales techniques and customer service best practices
• Familiarity with virtual training platforms and the ability to adapt training methods to both in-person and online settings
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with dealers and retail staff
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
