Achieve sales targets and manage store profitability (P&L) across all company-operated stores within the assigned area cluster.
Establish, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all store operations, including sales execution, inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
Monitor and analyze key retail performance indicators (KPIs) such as total sales, same-store sales growth, sales per square meter, conversion rate, shrinkage, and stock levels, and develop corrective action plans when necessary.
Ensure all stores consistently meet company standards for store condition, including cleanliness, product display, visual standards, and compliance with food safety and operational regulations.
Lead, manage, and supervise store operations within the assigned area cluster, including Head Store, Store Leaders, and Frontline Staff.
Maintain discipline, engagement, and team morale to support operational excellence and service quality.
Develop and implement structured training programs and clear career development paths for store staff (Frontliner, Store Leader, Head Store).
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and performance evaluations to improve individual and team performance.
Contribute to the planning, budgeting, and execution of new store openings and renovation projects.
Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and related teams to identify, evaluate, and recommend potential new store locations.
Analyze area coverage, market potential, proximity, and whitespace opportunities to support strategic expansion initiatives.
QualificationMinimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in retail management, with experience managing an individual store or assisting in multi-unit management.
Strong background in retail operations, P&L management, and process optimization.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the Food & Beverage or Tourism retail sector.
Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling a retail network.
Experience in multi-brand retail management.
