About the RoleAs a Salesforce Developer (Associate), you’ll be part of a collaborative team solving complex business challenges through technology. You’ll design, build, and optimize Salesforce solutions that deliver measurable impact for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Omni Studio, and FS Cloud.
- Translate user stories into technical solutions within Agile sprints.
- Collaborate with Functional Leads, Developer Leads, and Technical Architects to ensure clarity of requirements and solution design.
- Support release cycles by deploying new features and enhancements.
- Conduct testing to ensure application stability, performance, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to best practices.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Raise critical design changes or challenges to the Technical Architect.
- Share feedback constructively and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Stay updated on Salesforce developments and industry best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of Salesforce development experience (fresh graduates with Salesforce knowledge are welcome to apply).
- Core expertise in LWC, Apex, Omni Studio, and FS Cloud.
- At least 1 Salesforce certification (e.g., Platform App Builder, Developer I/II, Omni Studio Consultant, Financial Services Cloud Specialist).
- Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce, and SQL.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to deliver in fast‑paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new Salesforce features.
- Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta office.
