Location: City of Yonkers
The MGF Group is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join its Finance team.
Responsibilities include:
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable support
- Processing invoices and vendor bills
- Customer invoicing and account maintenance
- Data entry, record keeping, and reconciliations
- Preparing documentation for audits and reviews
- General finance and office administration duties
Requirements:
- Previous administration or accounts experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
