Tax Manager | Private Family Office | Full-time
We're partnering with a private family office to appoint a Tax Manager to take ownership of a founder's US tax affairs across personal filings, family office entities and complex international investments.
This is a full time direct hire opportunity that will be remote but with occasional meetings in NYC with the Co-Founder of the business. It is still a hands on Tax Management position and you will not have a team behind you.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage US federal and state tax compliance for the co-founder and related entities.
- Lead US tax structuring
- Prepare and review complex tax work papers and international reporting.
- Coordinate US and Australian advisors on cross-border tax matters.
What we're looking for:
- Local US tax experience supporting high-net-worth individuals, family offices or founders.
- Family office / estate experience
