Fauzi & Co. is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to help keep our food and grocery distribution business running smoothly.

This isn't just a desk job. You'll work with orders, inventory, purchasing, reports, and our operations team. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, stays on top of details, and enjoys figuring out better ways to get things done.

• Create invoices, verify orders, and coordinate delivery and pickup details.
• Monitor inventory, product availability, and expiration dates.
• Create purchase orders and help track what needs to be reordered.
• Prepare reports and review product trends and inventory information.
• Follow up on issues, solve problems, and work closely with the team.
• Assist with daily office and operations tasks and help improve our processes.

• Excellent organizational skills. You keep things organized and follow through.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Good attention to detail and comfortable working with numbers.
• A problem solver who takes initiative and learns quickly.
• Someone dependable who can manage multiple tasks and work well with others.
• Quick Books experience is a plus, but not required.
