Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and polite manner. Additionally, signing up new services or upselling a service to new and existing customers, you will maintain accurate customer records and contribute to the overall success of our company by providing excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Proven customer support experience or experience in a related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools and other relevant software
  • Ability to adapt to changing processes and procedures
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a high level of initiative
Responsibilities
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints via various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.)
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
  • Handle customer issues and escalate to appropriate departments if necessary
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by building rapport and maintaining a positive and professional attitude
  • Take ownership of customer concerns and follow through to resolution
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer support processes
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate assistance to customers
  • Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development opportunities
