Pest Control Service Professional - Yonkers Areas

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Service Professional to join our team at Suburban Pest Control and provide exceptional service to clients in the Yonkers areas. The position involves working directly with clients to provide advice, assistance, and to troubleshoot and resolve any issues they may be facing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role preferred
  • Strong communication and client relations skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Familiarity with relevant computer software and systems
Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to clients in the Yonkers areas
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone or in-person, and troubleshoot and resolve any issues they may be facing
  • Maintain accurate records and document all client interactions and inquiries
  • Collaborate with team members as needed to ensure high-quality service is provided to all clients
  • Continuously improve service delivery and client experience by advocating for changes in policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to products and services, and communicate changes to clients as appropriate
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
