As the face of the Verizon program, we deliver high‑speed internet, TV, and phone solutions straight to customers. We’re hiring Customer Support Representatives who are empathetic, solution‑driven, and ready to build strong customer relationships through hands‑on post‑sales support and personalized service.

As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll receive hands‑on training and mentorship while building skills in customer support, problem‑solving, and relationship management. The Customer Support Representative will be the go‑to contact for Verizon clients, helping resolve concerns and deliver smooth, high‑quality service.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Support Representative
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing Verizon customers, providing expert post‑sales support and assistance.
  • Proactively engage with clients to address inquiries related to billing, service features, account management, and basic technical troubleshooting for Verizon’s services.
  • Clearly explain Verizon’s features, benefits, promotions, and account details in a concise and customer‑friendly manner.
  • Resolve service issues efficiently and empathetically, striving for first‑contact resolution to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions within our client relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Identify and upscale complex customer issues to appropriate Verizon technical support or specialized departments, ensuring proper follow‑through.
  • Build strong, lasting client relationships by delivering exceptional service and acting as a trusted advisor for their Verizon needs.
  • Stay up‑to‑date on all Verizon product offerings, new promotions, and industry developments through continuous learning with other Customer Support Representatives.
  • Contribute to improved service strategies by providing insights from client interactions and feedback.
  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism and brand representation for both Atomic Promotions Inc. and the Verizon brand in all engagements.
