Location: City of Yonkers
A company is looking for a Worksite Billing Auditor I (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and emails from agency offices, accounts, and policyholders
Research and resolve billing inquiries and issues using various information sources
Maintain high-quality customer service and manage high-tension situations
Required Qualifications
1+ years of call center experience preferred
2+ years of customer service experience preferred
High school diploma or GED required
Insurance experience is a plus
Bilingual (Spanish / English) is a plus
