Own and grow customer relationships for ecommerce brands using Maker, helping teams move from kickoff through successful launches and long-term adoption.
This role is focused on onboarding, relationship management, and customer growth. You will work closely with ecommerce teams, understand their goals, and help them get the most from Maker.
What you will do- Guide new customers through onboarding, implementation, and launch.
- Build trusted relationships with customers and keep communication clear across every stage.
- Track customer health, adoption, feedback, and expansion opportunities.
- Partner with sales, product, and creative teams to make sure customer goals turn into shipped work.
- Identify repeatable customer success practices as Maker grows.
- Experience in customer success, account management, ecommerce, SaaS, or agency-side client work.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage several customer relationships at once.
- Comfort working remotely with distributed teams and customers.
- Curiosity about ecommerce, AI, creative workflows, and how brands improve their websites.
- A practical, ownership-minded approach to solving customer problems.
