Responsibilities- oversee enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance reporting
- advise executive leadership on financial strategy, capital allocation, and investment priorities
- lead M&A financial evaluation and integration
- develop advanced financial models and analytical tools
- partner cross-functionally with R&D, Commercial, Manufacturing, and other departments
- drive finance transformation initiatives
- Bachelor's in finance, accounting, or related field
- MBA, CFA, or similar preferred
- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership within biotech/pharma
- proven experience in enterprise financial planning, forecasting, and strategic investments
- strong understanding of R&D economics, clinical development, and portfolio management
- experience supporting business development and capital markets
- ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
