Schedule: Weekend schedule Saturday and Sunday 9am‑5pm.

Pay: $16.50‑$18/hr, weekly payroll, direct deposit; part time and per diem, flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and facilitating recreational activities for residents.
• Lead group and individual activities that promote socialization and engagement.
• Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.
• Provide one‑on‑one assistance to residents as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress.
• Collaborate with staff to tailor activities to meet individual needs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a healthcare or recreation setting preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
